Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed on Orders placed after 1pm EST, on weekends, or holidays, (regardless of shipping selection) will not be processed until the next business day. 

*Please Note* Pre-Ordered shoes may cause delay in the shipping of your entire order until the Pre-Ordered item has arrived and is ready to ship. If you are in a time constraint with other items in your cart, we encourage you to split your order into two to avoid delay.

Due to COVID-19, in order to keep all team members safe, there could be up to a 5 business day delay between when your order is placed and when it is processed through our warehouse.

Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine available shipping methods and charges. During checkout you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method that best suits your needed timeline.


Returns & Replacements

Pastry understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit — so we're happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Sales receipt order or packing slip dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns.

Please keep in mind these factors when returning your item to Pastry:

• Closeout/Sale Items are FINAL sale. We are unable to accept returns of these items. 

•Pastry does not have an Exchange Program available at the moment, if you are in need of a size adjustment, you will need to return your original size for a product refund, and you are welcome to reorder your new size at any time! Please refer to our Size Guide to assist in determining your best fit between styles. 

• Qualifying Returns should be clean, new, laced, unworn and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories that came with your item.

• If your footwear's sole is dirty, has any signs of wear or animal hair, or is otherwise not in completely unused status, it is subject to denial of refund upon arrival/check in. Please remember to try-on all footwear with a clean sock, and on a clean surface to deter these situations from occurring. If your items are denied, you are welcome to provide a pre-paid label, and we are happy to send them back to you. We want each customer to have a great shoe experience every time they open the box, which is why we strive to meet these standards.

• Accepted Returns with the original sales receipt/packing slip will receive a product refund based on the initial form of payment.

• Any Refunds will be less any special or coupon discounts.

• Any hats, hair scrunchies, headbands, bows, etc. will not be accepted as an eligible return item. These items are considered final sale upon completion of purchase. 

• Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note Pastry may limit or decline Returns if they do not fit the unused/resellable criteria

Here are the steps to return your items:

1. You have 30 days to initiate the return process from the time of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds beyond 30 days.

2. You will need a RA (Return Authorization) number before being eligible for a return by mail. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email at to receive your RA number. Please have your sales order number included in the email for expedited service.

3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include shoe box, all paperwork, parts, and accessories. You cannot use the Pastry Shoe Box as a shipping packaging method. Shipping contents in such boxes can disqualify your return.

4. Before mailing your return, please remove or cover all extra labels on the outside of the shipping box/package.

6. Helpful Information You Should Know:

• All return charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• Please keep the Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Return processing may take 2-3 business days upon arrival in our warehouse.

• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of completed item check-in.

• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Email regarding returning damaged or defective items. Please include photos of the affected area or item(s).

• Returns can only be accepted from purchases. If your item(s) has been purchased from other retailers, returns must be authorized through them directly.
