Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed on Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time, or on weekends or holidays, will not be processed until the next business day. 
Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine available shipping methods and charges. During checkout you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method. 


Returns & Replacements

• If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Product must be returned unworn and we ask that you try on shoes in a clean, carpeted area to avoid scuff marks. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility and damaged items that cannot be restocked will be returned. Buyer is subject to shipping costs for damaged returns.

• Returns after 30 days, will not be accepted. 

• In order for your return to be accepted, you must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an email to, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. The RMA, unpaid shipping label and return address will then be emailed to you. 

• Purchases made on must be returned via the procedures listed here and cannot be returned to partner retail stores.

• Purchases made in partner retail stores must be returned to the same company or store and cannot be returned via the return procedure.

• Once Love Pastry receives the original item(s), a refund will be made to the original form of payment.
