Orders are typically processed within 24-28 hours of being placed on lovepastry.com. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time, or on weekends or holidays, will not be processed until the next business day.
Prior to checkout, while viewing your cart you will be offered the opportunity to enter a destination zip code to determine available shipping methods and charges. During checkout you will also be allowed to choose your desired shipping method.
Select from three shipping options:
Standard: 4-6 business days
Expedited: Two-day delivery
Priority: Next-day delivery
To track your package, you can use the tracking number you received in your shipment confirmation email from Love Pastry Customer Service.
To track your orders here on LovePastry.com, please click on the My Orders link at the top of the page. Once there, click on the order you want to track. Inside the order information you will find the UPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number, and you will be directed to the UPS website and provided shipment status and tracking information.
All orders shipping costs are weight based starting at $4.95. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of shipment.
We will send you an email when your order has shipped. Sign in to My Account at Love Pastry and you can view your order history at any time and get an update on tracking information on your order.
Love Pastry can ship to any location listed in the "Select your region" drop-down menu. Shipments cannot be made to PO boxes. To ship a product outside of the country you're located in, you must select the destination country from the drop-down menu. For example, if you are in United States and would like to ship to Canada, you must select Canada from the Drop-down menu.
If your order did not arrive during your requested shipping time, please contact Love Pastry Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns within 90 days in new, unused condition with original packaging. In order to accept your return, you must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an email to email@example.com. The RMA, shipping label and return address will then be emailed to you.
