Angela Simmons Announces Pastry Boutique!

Pastry is always getting new ideas, but this has to be one of the most exciting. Angela Simmons has used Twitter to reveal the new concept of Pastry Boutique!

Pastry Boutique items will be exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces you can buy directly from the website. You get a bit of Angela and Vanessa’s style sense, as well as Pastry’s history, just for yourself!

Vanessa and Angela recently designed a very cool laptop cover, featuring bright colors in a geometric print, to show off the new collection. It’s for sale too!

It’s thought the new boutique line will feature a mixture of on-trend clothes and chic accessories, and it’s the perfect opportunity to get your hands on something completely unique. I can’t wait until the collection starts hitting the website!

The Simmons Sisters Take Over Fearless Magazine

Vanessa and Angela are already on course to take over the world: Next stop, Fearless magazine! 

The stylish sisters have appeared looking gorgeous in the magazine while talking about their aspirations. Life after MTV and their Pastry brand were definitely hot topics! 

The first picture shows the pair rocking bandage-style tight minidresses in red and silver, with matching heels, posing at a bar. There’s also some more artistic pictures of them at a dinner party with five people, all with Vanessa or Angela in different poses but the same outfit, and a gorgeous picture of the sisters leaning against each other.

Both Angela and Vanessa look stunning in the photographs, and really show off  the style which has made Pastry successful!

Simmons Sisters Join NOH8 Campaign

Vanessa and Angela Simmons are the latest to join a list of celebrities who’ve taken part in a NOH8 photo shoot. 

The campaign aims to promote marriage equality, and was started in response to California’s Proposition 8. It’s meant to represent a silent protest. As well as supporting a great cause, the sisters looked great too! In the standard NOH8 uniform of a white t-shirt and the logo painted on their faces, the sisters were handcuffed together with their mouths taped shut, and despite minimal make-up, they looked divine! 

Other famous stars to appear in the campaign are Kim Kardashian, Sheree Whitfield, Lola Monroe and Kimora Lee Simmons. And social networking sites are abuzz with images from other supporters too. There is believed to be over 2,000 NOH8 images now.

Campaigning hasn’t been keeping the Pastry sisters too busy, luckily! They also managed to design a new range of Pastry shoes…the Pastry Studs Collection! Coming in white, bronze or black, these are some seriously chic shoes. I love the contasting colored chains and studs! Whether you wear them folded up or folded down, these are the perfect shoes for summer. Rock a casual summer look with a white t-shirt and relaxed hair and makeup, or dress them up with colorful three-quarter lengths and some pretty jewellery.

Angela’s Got Style: BE Photoshoot Shows Off Star Style

Have you seen the latest edition of Beauty Entertainment? Angela Simmons is star of the latest issue, after a classy photoshoot that shows off exactly why she’s co-owner of one of the must-have fashion brands of the moment: Pastry Shoes. 

The photos, shot by Khoa Bui, are mainly black and white, and show off Angela’s mature, sophisticated side. One photograph features Angela in a black scrunched lingerie dress, accessorized with a handful of bangles, lying on a bed. She looks gorgeous, as usual!

Others show Angela in a white printed skirt, with long trail, and black heels, and in a cute denim outfit with fierce embellished shoes and a glitzy cardigan. There’s also a colored shot of Angela in a multicolored maxi dress, teamed with golden heels.

The photographs are accompanied by an interview where Angela talks about her famous family, her changing hair color and, of course, her huge fashion brand, Pastry.

Angela’s style is just as hot when she’s off duty too. Rocco Leo Gaglioti recently tweeted a picture of himself posing with Angela, who looks stunning! Rocking a brown jumpsuit with heels, a long necklace and a cropped leather jacket, I can’t get enough of Angela’s chilled out look! 

With Angela also appearing in Rolling Out magazine, in a glamorous photoshoot with sister Vanessa, one thing is for sure – the Simmons sisters are setting the fashion world on fire with their own styles, and rocking Pastry makes stealing their style super easy. Barbie So In Style Launches In Style!

Pastry certainly knows how to launch a collection in style…with a Barbie themed party, of course! The latest Pastry collection found on www.lovepastry.com was made in conjunction with Mattel, the creators of Barbie, and also launched an amazing Pastry-style doll collection.

Vanessa and Angela Simmons set the mood in style, wearing specially created Barbie outfits designed by Project Runway’s Chris March. Angela went for typical Barbie style, in a prom dress featuring pinks, oranges and golds, with plenty of netting, colourful jewellery and heels. With her glossy hair and vivid make up, she looks every inch a Barbie doll!

Vanessa’s dress was more muted, an ankle-length fishtailed dress made of black sequins. It was accompanied by matching elbow length gloves and glitzy headpiece, and with dark shoes and smoky makeup, Vanessa definitely knew how to rock the look.

Teen sensations, such as Cody and Alli Simpson, Jessica Jarrell and Bella Thorne, were also in attendance, looking gorgeous in Pastry shoes. They showed off their looks alongside expectant celebrity mums Tori Spelling and Ali Landry, whose children got to check out the dolls first.

Of course, not all eyes were on the celebrities. I couldn’t wait to catch a glimpse of the Barbie collection, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint! Bright colors and bold patterns rule this collection, from florescent greens to leopard print, though there are more muted versions too. There’s a million and one ways to style these shoes, but one thing is for sure! Pastry shoes will be the shoes of summer!

Young, Sexy and In Charge – Vanessa and Angela Make Great Cover Stars

Have you seen the cover of Rolling Out magazine?! Vanessa and Angela Simmons certainly make amazing cover stars. They look completely gorgeous. These girls are Pastry girls.

Vanessa and Angela Simmons look amazing in shimmering dresses and towering heels, and the magazine made sure to mention that the girls aren’t just sexy – their Pastry shoes are a must-have for every wardrobe, and the brand is estimated to be worth $70 milion. Wow! They have it all at www.lovepastry.com!

Speaking of Pastry, the sisters revealed their plans with Mattel, which support a local children’s charity, and revealed that the brand is spreading overseas. They also talked about famous Dad, Rev. Run, and uncle Russell Simmons, and how having parents with such smart business sense has helped them to develop their own. After all, most 23 year olds don’t have multimillion dollar businesses!

The pictures in the magazine certainly didn’t disappoint, either. Vanessa and Angela showed off the style that has made their shoes so wanted, looking gorgeous in a variety of outfits from sparkling cocktail dresses to embellished white dresses with bandage shoes and jewelled corsets. 

My favourite shot is this one in a stunning denim blue dress – it’s perfect for summer, quirky and cute and subtly sexy. Accessorized with some big coordinated jewellery and very cute shoes, and the look is one I’ll definitely be wearing at my next event. Oh, and keep your eyes peeled for the next collections – I can’t wait!

Pastry presents Jessica Jarrell’s Sweet 16 Happy Birthday Jessica!!!

This past weekend our favorite pastry girl, Ms. Jessica Jerrell had a birthday!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Hooray!! Jessica and her fellow friends enjoyed festivities with a rollerskating theme at a place called Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, CA. And ofourse we love and adore  our pastry ambassador Jessica, so what better way to get the party started than a PASTRY sponsored party!?! Our Pastry family decked the place out with cool pastry decorations, delicious colorful cupcakes, And wait until you get a load of this…..PASTRY NEON SIRE ROLLER-SKATES!! How cool is that!?

Justin Bieber stopped by friend, tourmate and Pastry Brand ambassador Jesscia jarrell’s Sweet 16 party to wish his friend and former tourmate a happy birthday.
