We want you to love everything you order from us. If you are not satisfied with your full-priced item(s), you may return it to LovePastry within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping.* Sale items are eligible for exchange only, within 30 days of shipping.*
Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged and in original condition to be acceptable for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges will be reviewed by a www.LovePastry.comstaff member.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To make a return you must include the following information:
Your name, address, and email address
Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the
product(s) (for example: wrong size, wrong product, didn't like
color, damaged in transit, etc.)
Do not ship return product in original shoe box. Use an
additional box, with the shoe box and return slip included in the
package.

All return packages mustbe shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).
*NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. If you receive damage or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. On a case by case basis, we will issue a return shipping label for defective or incorrect item(s).
Please note: www.LovePastry.comis not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.LovePastry.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
