Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, believe it to be defective, or believe that it does not conform to the product described in the Love Pastry Store, you can return the undamaged item with the receipt and original packaging within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date of shipment, and you will receive a refund based on the original payment method. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. All claims related to the purchase are waived unless made in writing and received by Love Pastry within thirty (30) days after your receipt of the purchased item(s). Once the returned product has been processed through our distribution center we will e-mail you to let you know the Merchandise Credit has been applied to your account. Complete details:
- Returns must be performed within 30 days of the original online purchase.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
- Love Pastry cannot accept any returns without an accompanying RMA#.
- In order to accept your return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Log in to your account and click on "My Orders" and select the RMA for the order number you wish to return. We will then e-mail your personal RMA# and instructions on how and where to ship your return merchandise.
- With your return, you must include the Packing Slip that came with your purchase.
- Purchases made on the Love Pastry web store (LovePastry.com) must be returned via the procedures listed here and cannot be returned to Love Pastry retail stores.
- Purchases made in the Love Pastry retail stores must be returned to a Love Pastry retail store and cannot be returned via the web store return procedure.
- Once Love Pastry receives the original item(s), a refund will be made to the original form of payment. Love Pastry does not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns of purchases made with Electronic Gift Cards will result in a Gift Card credit being applied to your Love Pastry web store account for future use.

Once Love Pastry receives the original item(s), a refund will be made to the original form of payment.
If an exchange is preferred, new shipment will be issued once returned items are received and processed.
How to return an item
All eligible merchandise must receive prior return authorization from our Customer Service representative by email or telephone. Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon the issuance of the RMA #, you will be provided instructions on how to complete the item return. Please make sure we receive your returned purchase within 30 days of its shipment to you with all the packaging intact. We do not pay for shipping cost of returned items.

Are item exchanges available for a different size/color/etc.?
If item is still available in our inventory, then an item exchange for a different size/color will be considered.
Damaged or defective merchandise
If an item was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please Contact Us. Remember that all returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.
Will I be notified when my item return has been received?
Yes, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Service team indicating that your item has been received and the Merchandise Credit has been issued.
