 Keep Your Feet Sweat Hey Pastry Lovers! I have to vent a little to you…I have a little bit of a foot phobia and I can’t stand to see nasty sweaty feet walking around the city makin me feel like I need a tetanus shot. Everyone’s busy but people (especially Pastry lovers) need to love themselves and love their feet. By taking care of their feet, they’re showing the world that they think they’re worth that extra attention…by not, they’re showing the world and themselves that they don’t …and grossing me out. So please, buy yourself comfortable shoes (hint: look at the newest arrivals @Pastry!!) and take care of your feet because I’m done dry-heaving from an overdose of blisters and bunions.

 Two Lovely Sisters LA can be rough. You know being away from the family and the only one you have around is your sister. Your always busy with meetings and events that are constantly on your mind. Angela Simmons is a hardworking lady. This is just a regular day for her. Yet, what keeps her in line is always having those gurlss who are so lovely, always around her. This Simmons have good company and you all should too. If you are with the good people, you will become a good person too.
P.S. And if that person roxs Pastry Kicks never leave them cuz they are beyond cool!!

They have been seen recently together, but maybe they are just friends. The tabloids are saying there is something going on between Angela Simmons and Rob Kardashian, but that something could just be a friendship. Is there anything wrong with just being friends? If two people are hanging out could it really mean that they are together? What do you all think? Angela Simmons has tweeted that they are not together and we believable that so what is with all the hype.

Angela and Vanessa Simmons participated in a panel discussion during Macy’s Black History Month. Sheila Coates, author of Be Your Own Brand! (BYOB!) led the panel discussion. The discussion centered on promoting oneself as a “brand”, the fashion career, and fashion advice. Panelists included Vanessa and Angela Simmons of the Love Pastry Brand, Walter Hill Jr. of Icon, Meta Williams of the Los Angeles Urban League, Saleisha Stowers of America’s Top Model Season 9, Kenneth Crear founder of MGI (entertainment management) and Cristine Robinson of Magic Johnson Entertainment Group. The event was attended by over 200 guests.

 Please Don't Call Her Short Haters, you can call her short, but Angela Simmons is going to be the next oven fresh product that is rising. She already had her own show on MTV and a clothing line, Love Pastry. How can you hate on that? She has shoes coming out soon for younger kids – called Pop Stars – and Angela Simmons is known person from the South in Atlanta, to the West in LA, and in the concrete jungle called New York. But forget America, this Love Pastry girl is planning on going Global.

Angela Simmons is hurt that her own people don’t respect the fact that she is in a interracial relationship with rapper Skillz who is half Venezuelan and half Argentinian. On her Global Grind blog she sent a heart felt message:

I am a lil surprised at the number of people that seem to disapprove of the relationship with my boyfriend. I find this reality to be kind of hard to accept. There are times when I notice people giving us long hard stares and those stares are usually from my own people!”
“Honestly, I wish everyone could benefit from the beauty that can come from experiences that happen outside of your own comfort zone. It is truly a beautiful thing that can add so much to your life.
